By accessing or using cleverape, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms are effective from 1 January 2026. cleverape reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use cleverape. Use of the platform is permitted for personal entertainment only. Commercial exploitation, automated play, or bot usage is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Report any unauthorised access immediately to cleverape support.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. cleverape may request identity verification at any point. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content on cleverape — including game logic, graphics, copy, and code — is the exclusive property of cleverape or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it.

Limitation of Liability

cleverape is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or user error during gameplay. The platform is provided as-is with no guarantee of continuous availability.

In no event will cleverape's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

cleverape uses third-party payment processors and analytics providers. These parties operate under their own terms. cleverape is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

Account Security

Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account. cleverape will never ask for your password via email or chat. Treat your login details as confidential at all times.

Your Rights

You may request account closure, data access, or data deletion at any time by contacting cleverape support. Requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Changes to Terms

cleverape may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Last updated: January 2026.
